That mentions one mysterious symptom involving the
nologin file, but in fact the
bug is about systemd completely flaking out and
many other symptoms have been documented in other
bugs (this was just the earliest I've seen).

I've never had it make my system reboot and freeze,
so that's a symptom I haven't seen yet, but it does
seem possible.

Personally, I think this bug is so bad they should
disown the fedora 20 release and try again when
systemd works.
