Old F20 box Core2 Quad only 8gb ram.
Got the dracut prompt (same error as below)
fix my root drive
Booted from F19 LiveUSB

(i.e., without -a or -p options)
[root@localhost mapper]# fsck
fsck from util-linux 2.23.2
did yum update util-linux,
still not fsck doing anything only repeating above line.
Because of age "systemctl mask tmp.mount"
had previously been set on the box.
