There was a fix for that in F20, F19 & F20 use the same yum.
Grab the latest yum(f20) from koji, and install:

Ok, I did that and it appears to have stumbled through the update
protesting about several mirrors but made it to the end and looks good.

Installed:
kernel.x86_64 0:3.11.10-301.fc20 kernel-modules-extra.x86_64
0:3.11.10-301.fc20
However that kernel did not boot, I had to revert to
3.11.10-300.fc20.x86_64.
