You think this piece in 'SIGNAL' systemd man page paragraph?:

SIGRTMIN+26, SIGRTMIN+27, SIGRTMIN+28, SIGRTMIN+29
  Sets the log level to journal-or-kmsg (or console on SIGRTMIN+27,
