i doubt that

having a ton production machines with F17/F18 with all kind of network
services (dns, dhcp, httpd, afpd, smbd, ftp, smtp/pop3/imap/sieve)
as well as routing/firewalls/NAT/WLAN-AP's and maybe any kind of
network services except NFS since years for some hundret domains and
there is no single network problem all the years
