Choose the print option in almost any GUI application. It's been years since I've used the command line to print anything, since I don't have a dot-matrix printer any more, which was line-by-line based data, the modern printers all want to deal with separate pages. Sometimes that can be the cause of printing problems, it's waiting for an end-of-page signal before anything happens (unrelated to this thread, though). > And how do you generate your options? Different sections of the window that pops up when I choose to print. NB: Quite often, clicking the print icon on a toolbar prints to the default printer, with the default options. But picking the print option from a menu, goes through a requester window full of choices. > And just what is SVG?
