These seem oaky to me.

You need to customise your PS1 variable to get dynamically updated
titles.  For Bash, the window title has to be enclosed in \e]2;...\a.
Since these are non-printable, to ensure proper wrapping of your command
line for long lines, it is advisable to wrap the sequence in \[...\].
e.g. in my PS1, I have this snippet: \[\e]2;\u@\H:\w\a\].  This sets the
title to "user@host:working_dir".
