If you set up your networking during the install, you have access to the regular Fedora repos and can get just about anything you need, as long as it's not in a third-party repo. As an example, I was able to install both GnuCash and Pan at install, instead of having to add them later, as I did when I had to reinstall on my laptop and didn't set the networking up until later.
