This was another issue. ;) Our old lists.fedoraproject.org server was slow and underpowered. This is why there was an outage yesterday as we moved to a new and vastly overpowered instance. ;) Posts and archives should be pretty much instant now, if you see an issue please file a infrastructure ticket and we can look.
