Hello,
I take a look for 389DS centos version, and I need to install epel
repo otherwise there is just 389-ds-base, and I need the graphic part too.
Right. 389-ds-base comes from the core EL6, the rest come from EPEL6.
And, you can use the epel-testing-389-ds-base to get the most recent
stable versions of 389-ds-base if you want something newer than what the
OS provides.
And for RedHat Directory Server it's not free (do you have any idea
about the price ?).
No, not sure.
Am I right ?

Alex

Hello,
do you know when the stable version 1.2.11 will be available ?
By your line of questioning I assume you are talking about EL6,
and you are not using the "official" packages from RHEL6 or
CentOS6, you are using the epel-389-ds-base.repo
<http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/rmeggins/389-ds-base/epel-389-ds-base.repo>
There is a 1.2.11 in testing - it will be available in stable once
enough users confirm that it works.

Alex

This is available since version 1.2.11

Hello,
I have a 389DS, version 1.2.9.14 install on a redhat 6.
I want to synchronize POSIX Attributes for Users and Groups
as describe on the documentation below (12.5.1):
https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Directory_Server/9.0/html/Administration_Guide/posix-sync.html
But Posix Winsync API Plugin doesn't exist.
Do you have any idea ?
Best regards,
Alex
