Yes, I understand that and suspected it was a matter of speed when I posted the question, just wanted to be certain there wasn't something going on that I had not considered.

In my case I have several users on a satellite system that requires me to stay under 25 GB/month and usage is a constant concern. If I exceed that the cost doubles.
