vlc, from rpmfusion. But are you sure you need to convert it? vlc will
also play Matroska videos. If it's a matter of a codec, you should be
able to find one, almost automatically.
Before trying to convert this video, find an app that supports the
Matroska video format for whatever it is you want to do with it, whether
it's playing or burning.
