Normally, you know which software you debug, so you would simply run debuginfo-install PACKAGENAME e.g. "debuginfo-install glibc", and that may also pull in dependencies (additional -debuginfo packages). For above error messages, you would need to run a repoquery and find out which -debuginfo package provides that filename.
