That's exactly what "mountpoint" means to me. That's what I specified,
and fedup accepted that without any issues.
If "mountpoint" means /dev/sr0 to you, you're wrong. That is a
reference to the block device containing the DVD so that, in standard
Unix practice, it can be considered a file. The term refers to the
directory in the file system under which the data can be accessed by
regular programs that have no need to be aware of what physical media is
in use and the media must be mounted there in order for the path to be
of any use. Before starting fedup, did you make sure that the media was
properly mounted, and what the mount point actually was? I'm not
assuming that you didn't but I do want to make sure we're both talking
about the same actions.
