Hi, Thanks for the advice. I am well aware of it. This machine is a testing machine with very little which is important and it is backed up and I intend to isntall there f18 in a month anyway. Forgive me my ignorance: quick question: does rpmbuild --rebuild includes running "make install"? I did not notice
