If it was a completely different project then the wishlist would be the
way to go but in this case I would email the current qcad maintainer and
petition them to change over to librecad. It would, however, still need
a review request since as far as Fedora is concerned it's a new package.

Dude's, I was not suggesting that this should be added to the CentOS
repos. I merely posted it to this list to help someone who was looking
for Linux compatible CAD software.
Unless Red Hat adds it to the RHEL repo it's not going to show up in the
CentOS repo since CentOS follows RHEL. I did find it on the Fedora list
so I included the provenience for your information.
