Tip 2: To configure the menu timeout
Edit /etc/default/grub to include a line
GRUB_TIMEOUT=seconds
Specifying a timeout of -1 disables the timeout.

Tip 1: Remember grub2-mkconfig
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
