It should be there as NetworkManager-pptp.

In the KDE gui, probably the same in GNOME, when you have it installed you pick 
"VPN" and the choice you can add are: PPTP, OpenConnect, VPNC, and 
OpenVPN....assuming you have all the NetworkManager-* pieces installed.
