I went WAY overboard on power supply. They snuck in a $100
power supply on me - Cooler Master GX 750W Bronze. At least
it comes with a $25 rebate, so final cost is $75. I just
assumed it would be about $40.
Buying a good power supply (assuming it is good and not just expensive) is a
good investment. If the power supply goes it can take a lot with it and if
it is flakey you can have hard to diagnose problems.
