As one who studies laws, and the abuse of political power, I wouldn't
worry about this; there is absolutely nothing MS can do - it's just a
mere scare tactic.
My take on these is that the process is used as the punishment; Guilt be
damned. Microsoft doesn't have to win, they just have to out-last their
victim's legal defence fund.
