You'll have to build it on your own. Don't go to the wanderlust
homepage, it's by far outdated. Latest version is 2.15.9. All you need
will you find here:

https://github.com/wanderlust

You have to build SEMI, APEL and FLIM first, otherwise a wanderlust
build will (of course) fail.
