I used the "Fedora 17 Desktop Edition" install disk for a recovery disk. I downloaded it from here: http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-options When you boot up you'll get a menu. The second option is the "repair" option if I recall correctly and that's what you're looking for. -- Mark C.
