Hmm. I didn't encounter that problem: I saw a choice of spins, and one was XFCE. I can accept that makes sense, but I'm still a bit concerned that it would be a properly informed choice, and I want the installation to be as clean and simple as possible. Maybe it would make sense if the descriptions of each DE were written by the proponents of each one.
