You started it with the jokey reply. And how much b/w is wasted by people unknowingly posting on the wrong list? Was I rude about it? If someone doesn't mention it, how is a newbie to know? I suspect a lot of people don't even realize the list has a Guidelines document, even though it's referenced at the foot of every post.
