This is perhaps nxserver not from Fedora repos but downloaded from
nomachine.com, yes? Then You should read its documentation how start
it. I think they not know about systemd init, as it is relatively
new and not widespread thing.
And - service probably is not "nxsensor" ;)

running "systemctl -a" on my machine, in part produces the following:
nxsensor.service
loaded active exited LSB: Starts and stops the
NoMachine NX Sensor.
nxserver.service
loaded active exited LSB: Starts and stops the
NoMachine NX Server.
nxnomachine is running just fine on my two F16 boxes (one at home and
one at work) and I use it daily. I can't help with your specific
problem, but it can work. These machines are both upgrades from F15, not
fresh installs, in case that makes any difference... hope this helps some
