as every other sysv-service since systemd took over
what do you think does the "via systemctl" mean? :-)

[root@rh:~]$ service network restart
Restarting network (via systemctl): [ OK ]

[root@rh:~]$ systemctl status network.service
network.service - LSB: Bring up/down networking
          Loaded: loaded (/etc/rc.d/init.d/network)
          Active: active (exited) since Thu, 19 Jan 2012 15:44:54 +0100; 37s ago
         Process: 8117 ExecStop=/etc/rc.d/init.d/network stop (code=exited,
status=0/SUCCESS)
         Process: 8281 ExecStart=/etc/rc.d/init.d/network start (code=exited,
status=0/SUCCESS)
          CGroup: name=systemd:/system/network.service
