Is this test reporting that there are 0 remaining hours on the drive
and that blocks 3502 and 27 have issues ?

If so, I misread it last week. Now it won't mount.

You're misreading it now. Reading through the mutilated formatting, it
says that each test completed without error, has 00% of the test remaining
to be run, completed when the drive's lifetime power-on hour counter was
at 3502 (or 27) hours, and the LBA of the first error was "-" (i.e., there
was no error).
