you'll need to disable nouveau (rdblacklist=nouveau on your kernel line in 
grub/grub2) and/or create a
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf file with the contents being:

# RPM Fusion blacklist for nouveau driver - you need to run as root:
# dracut -f /boot/initramfs-$(uname -r).img $(uname -r)
# if nouveau is loaded despite this file.
blacklist nouveau



and then reboot to have the akmod build the nvidia driver and modprobe it in 
for use.
