Fixed.  Seems that anaconda left a bit of a mess.  I had a mix of f15 and f16 
packages for perl.  Most likely, it was because I had installed rubygem-
boxgrinder before the fedora release, and this was requiring some older perl 
versions.

Fixing it was guesswork and luck.  IIRC, removing some old perl-libs did the 
trick.
