In the vast majority of environments, no, it's not really a pain; just run
'sshd_config' from within the CygWin bash shell.  It will walk you through
the setup.

Occasionally, this will have problems; they're usually easy to fix, and the
latest versions of 'sshd_config' actually tell you what to do to fix them
in most cases.

Really, between this and Samba, it's not hard to set up and it makes live
*so* much easier.
