When I first start my machine, a sync takes less than a second and compiling a small Java project takse 34 seconds.
After running for two days, a sync takes 25 to 30 seconds (and running sync just after a sync still takes that long) and compiling the same Java project takes 5 to 8 minutes. Where do I look to try and find out what is slowing stuff down? I've got 1 500M, 2 1T and 1 2T disks on the system. Thanks
