I couldn´t even hear anything system wide .Then after trying to revert changes didn´t brought the sound back i did a nice reboot which fixed up everything . So now i have playback sound and i can hear myself through that Test Call stuff within skype ( I can´t actually hear the ringing but that´s not a real issue ) .
