Completely undocumented fact: The component names in bugzilla are the names of the source rpms. If you find the full path to the gnome-system-log executable and do a rpm -q -f /full/name/for/gnome-system-log -i One of the bits of info that -i prints will be the src rpm name and that is the component to use.
