Mine's taped over, after discovering it got turned on without my say-so in the middle of browsing websites. If I could pull my laptop apart without damaging it, I'd unplug the camera. It's next to useless, anyway, as it's aimed in the wrong direction. If you tilt the screen to the right angle to read it properly, the camera's aimed above your head.
