Hi; Before I start downloading Adobe Reader et al. Why won't Firefox or evince read:
"Could not launch Adobe Reader 8.1.7. Please make sure it exists in PATH variable in the environment. If the problem persists, please reinstall the application" I have run into several PDF files that can't be read.
