Try Seamonkey. It is the descendant of Mozilla, which is the parent
(or should I say grand-parent) of  Kompozer.

Seamonkey, like Mozilla, is a suite, so it has a browser, email
client, compozer and IRC client. I am actually typing this email on
seamonkey.
