I have a local network for home machines 192.168.3.7. My main server (e7) has a second if 192.168.2.7 connected to a modem (e5).
The modem is set up to remote log to upd port 514 on 192.168.2.7. It works, but in /var/log/messages I see this: Jul 4 20:55:02 e5 [message from the modem] Jul 4 20:55:03 e7 rsyslogd[3220]: get tty for session '2' failed with [61]:No data available [v8.2604.0-1.fc44] Jul 4 20:55:03 e7 rsyslogd[3220]: get tty for session 'c1' failed with [61]:No data available [v8.2604.0-1.fc44] What is rsyslogd complaining about and how do I sort this issue. This is a new modem for me since a month ago and I never had these messages before.
