Or perhaps I was, missed by not testing here first. First, see if it makes any
difference using DP-whichever output and a DisplayPort cable if you can. I'm
thinking you may need an X configuration option in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.g/ having
to
do with display mirroring. I'll have to revisit this after a while....
