It is.  There's some documentation on this here:

It's slightly out of date with respect to dnf5.  The
suggestion to use repoquery should use  `dnf repoquery`
instead.  The former is still available from  the dnf-utils
package from dnf4.  But I don't think dnf4 is getting much
(if any) maintenance in Fedora these days.
