Because akmods builds an rpm, then uses dnf to install it.
Is there some reason that it can't send some output to the console
while it's doing any of that? Surely it's a related process.
I'm pretty sure it runs after dnf is finished because it can't run while
dnf is running. I don't know how it gets triggered.
