Actually getting robust fixes takes time -- it should not be
surprising that there are problems,
and details of the bugs should not be published until fixes are tested and
widely available.
It would not be surprising if some bugs depend on the hardware and 3rd
party libraries.

Not sure what you mean, but for failed updates we need to see details  I
have
Fedora on 4 systems and updates sometimes differ, likely due to delays
populating
mirror sites.
