This is how you get that answer:

 grep -i config_xfs_online_ /boot/config-6.16.7-200.fc42.x86_64
CONFIG_XFS_ONLINE_SCRUB=y
# CONFIG_XFS_ONLINE_SCRUB_STATS is not set
# CONFIG_XFS_ONLINE_REPAIR is not set

My 42 does not have _REPAIR set, so fedora likely does not enable on
any standard 42 kernel.

And experimental and filesystem are generally a risky idea, anything
goes wrong and you may lose the entire filesystem.
