The issue is, on your F43 system any lvm command just takes into account only
those drives / partitions that are listed in the file
/etc/lvm/devices/system.devices
If the device used by F41 is not listed in that file, you must either add this
dives to that file or use every lvm command with the parameter vgscan
—devices {partition}
with {partition} something like
/dev/nvme0n1p5 or whatever your f41 partition is.
The command lsblk provides an overview of all your physical partitions.
This additional parameter is required after a change in LVM defaults some
releases ago.
