This is typical symlink -> directory change conflict and is now
traced on: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2401666

If you want to resolve this by yourself immediately, the easiest way is
to once remove wine-* packages, upgrade to F43, then reinstall wine.
