Just seems broken links would be something to avoid.
Note that the ls command will highlight the broken links.

/opt/VirtualBox/VBox.sh shows as red background with white letters.

Will have to look at the results. 

recently the new cppcheck is flagging fopen's that don't have check 
for NULL returns. Added check lines for a few programs, and 
expected files to be larger, but result turned out to be 4K smaller, 
and programs ran a little faster??
