Sorry, I do notknow the answer to your question. I only tried the following 
options, and for me they worked.

sudo livemedia-creator   --ks=file.ks --no-virt --resultdir isos --project 
project name  --make-iso --volid volume id  --iso-only --iso-name name.iso 
--releasever 42

I had not been able to get this working earlier, but I found the following 
helpful:
