That's just about usable for me on a 14" display Lenovo X1 at 3840x2400. I'm sure there's a more canonical way to do this, or to persist it based on a quick skim of: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/hwo-to-increase-the-size-of-tty-font/72945/2 solar24x32.psfu.gz is pretty readable at that 3840 res on a 14" HDPI display. Not the prettiest, but tolerable.
