If you are wondering about that last statement, think of customers how refuse up upgrade any of their equipment until it comes down around their ears. (I had one happen two months ago.) I am still trying to figure out a way to get customers to actually read their backup report. I put the freakin' statues in their eMail's subject line. They don't ever have to read the body. But nooooooooo. Can't be bothered. I tell myself I can't care about their stuff any more than they do.
