Possibly something in your graphics stack. Is your GPU driver up to
date? Also, As Tim says, have you rebooted your system after recent
updates, especially if drivers and/or libraries have been affected?
Of course I rebooted the machine after update.
As fotr the GPU driver I use the Nvidia driver from rpmfusion repo and I
suppose that during every update akmod does its jobs... How to be sure?
