I guess you know that Windows 10 will go end-of-life some time this year. I assume you mean that you do not see a grub menu? By default the grub menu is hidden I recall. You can boot Fedora from by selecting it in the BIOS? Which would imply that the grub boot loaded is installed. You could change the grub defaults so that the menu is not hidden and is show for a few seconds. This might make things easier to work with.
